We have travelled Norwegian a few times and it has always been good - very underwhelmed by new boat expected more. We had booked a back to back and we were a little disappointed that we had. You had to book for shows never done that before and only found out later there was a standby line. Comedy shows very repetitive they need new material. Choir of Men amazing ! Beyond words made our trip! Kinky boots good to. Entertainment lacking especially on sea days people walking around looking for things to do. Also a lot of disappointment that you were paying extra for Go Carts and Galaxy. Poor people with kids were bankrupt. San Juan arrival way to late it was dark and could not see anything. No quiet spaces. Observation deck lovely but cold. Ganesh, in Garden Buffet a credit to Norwegian. Curry Bar great. Guest services lacking 3 people on for that many people whoops. Staff all kind and protectional Norwegian standard but boat just ok. Adult pool small and kids often in it with life guard watching. Not great access for disabled Not enough seating in Antrim for shows. We did not purchase cruise next is this what is to come for more Norwegian Cruise felt like you were double dipping.
