This cruise was for a family vacation. The food and dining was terrible. We made a reservation and still stood in line for almost an hour, 3 times!! We pre ordered water for our room, it never showed up, We were forced to stand in the customer relations line For 45 minutes, At which point they told us it is now in your cabin. We return to our cabin to find five waters, as we ordered 12! Back down and in line for another 45 minutes until they finally got it straightened out.The wait for dinner took minimum 2 1/2 hours each time we dined in the Manhattan dining room. We observed a man vomit from too much alcohol outside the bathroom we were sitting next to, we reported it three times and it took at least 30 to 45 minutes for someone to come and clean it up. I was thoroughly unimpressed with the entire cruise, and embarrassed that I brought my family on this vacation. The Buffet offered the exact same food each time we tried it, and had to wait forever for them to refill items. Other than Never seeing the room steward, I don’t have many complaints about the staff, they all appear to be doing their best to keep the customers happy. I don’t believe it is a staffing issue, I believe it it is an issue with the Ncl system in the way they operate. I will never cruise Ncl again, I will be happy to return to carnival which I cruised in the past and had no issues!
Never saw our room steward, called twice for assistance, he NEVER responded!
