The service in the dining room was excellent with good menu choices. Try the Curtis Stone pork belly, it’s wonderful! The food and service in the buffet were very sub par. The food was not up tp Princess’s usual standards and the service was extremely lacking. Most meals we had to get our own beverages. Very disappointing. The entertainment was very good. There were two dance bands, a Latin based band BA Quartet and a Jamaican band Project 5. Both were very talented but Project 5 tended to talk way too much especially with black patrons. It really just used up time others could have been dancing. The guest Entertainers were very good, especially comedian Bengt Washburn and singer Claude-Eric. This was our second time on the Caribbean Princess and will probably not cruise on it again. We prefer the Regal Princess but will try the Royal, Sky, or Majestic.
