This was suppose to be a trip of a lifetime to Hawaii ! The coordination between the NCL cruise line and the Hilton Hawaiian Village resort was poor. Even though the rooms were prepaid we had to wait in line for almost 2 hours to check into the hotel. There was no representative at the hotel from NCL to coordinate the land portion of the tour.

Once on the ship, we were amazed at the lack of service from our room steward/stewardess. We had to leave daily reminders (in writing) to get anything done.

Many of the help in the restaurants were either surly or rude. Read more
