Embarkation was very quick an efficient. We boarded and found some lunch in the buffet. It was delicious! The best pizza that I have had on a cruise ship. There were buttons on the table that you could press to have a server come and you could order a drink. No need to fight your way at the bars! Once we were allowed to go to our cabin, we were pleasantly surprised that our balcony was extra large! It held lounge chairs and regular chairs and a small table. Our room steward greeted us right away and asked if we needed anything. Our room was clean and neat. Throughout the entire cruise, our room steward came twice a day to our room and straightened it. He was amazing. The first night we ate at Teppanyaki. It was delicious and the chef was awesome and entertaining. We also ate at the Pan Asian restaurant and the steak house and they were both absolutely amazing! When we ate in the regular dining room, our server was amazing and we never spent more than an hour in the dining room. The shows were the best that I have seen at sea. I would have trouble deciding which was my favorite because they were all so good. We stopped in Jamaica, Grand Cayman, and Cozumel. We did excursions in each port organized by MSC. We loved the Bob Marley tour in Jamaica and Discover Mexico/ chocolate making in Cozumel. We didn’t have as much fun on the Grand Cayman tour but it was still good just not our favorite. We also stopped at Ocean Cay. It was stunning. I could have stayed there for a month. It was beautiful and breathtaking. And you could use your sign and sail card to purchase souvenirs at their shops which was an added bonus and you could also use your drink package there. The buffet on the island was delicious and there were plenty of food trucks around if you wanted to have something there instead of the buffet. Disembarkation wasn’t as fast but that was due to customs being slow and really the only part of the cruise that wasn’t wonderful. I will definitely be sailing with MSC again.

Cabin Review

Aurea Balcony Stateroom

Our cabin was beautiful and roomy. We booked a Bella balcony so we were worried a little because you don’t get to pick your own room. We ended up in an Aurea Spa Balcony with an extra large balcony. It was amazing. Our room steward went above and beyond while we were there and he was amazing.
