Chose this cruise line due to the port it was scheduled to visit. South pacific has always being my main destination, and it was great to be on board a vessel which was well kept, clean, in places immaculate and very attractive. At Sydney harbour, the checking in was smooth, very friendly staff, directing to the various counters and directing very sensibly. Luggages taken quickly at the arrival point and deliverd to your cabin within time allocated, no pressure or delays in that!! Upon arrival in cabin, found it very spacious, clean and well lit. Bed very comfortable, enough drawers and surprisingly enough hangers. Bathroom spacious, well lit but shower head was awful, the jet was not appropriate. Went for afternoon tea and exploring the decks, which were all well clean, well lit, no obstructions and no debris. Buffet/cafe near pool, was well stocked for teas and cakes which we took it for granted and try some delicacy. Main restaurant very spacious, warm and very friendly staff all around, welcoming and trying to please you. Restaurant a great individual which flair, friendliness and good humours. Food was good, portion sizes appropriate and if you wanted more, it was not a problem, our waiter was great Indonesian individual with great manners and knowledge of what he was selling. Breakfast buffet on the 11th floor (windjammer) very spacious, lots of seating area and well organised. Buffet was a bit of let down, with food either cool or cold.It is expected to such an operation especially when its so open space as it was. Good selection of bread and cakes available at all time. Good selection of hot dishes from various country with rice and vegetable going hand in hand. The roast was well liked, either the beef or the gammon. Ports of calls were a bit mishy mashy, not enough to see or do in each port, unless you were a lover of snorkelling. Good tendering in two ports, very efficient and professionals. Expresso bar on the 5th floor was busy most of the time, because it was the only place you could get a nice and speciality coffee, the other one was hidden past few lounges which made a mission out of nothing.
