Wouldn’t cruise with them again

Where do I start? The few positives about this cruise were HIGHLY overshadowed by the negatives. I will say I will not cruise with them again.

Positives:

Nice balcony room at reasonable price. Room was kept very clean. Drinks onboard were reasonable ($6-$11). Beautiful ship.

Negatives:

Safety drill was a complete JOKE. It was a waste of nearly an hour and a half of our time. I have cruised with Norwegian and MSC’s process was very chaotic.

Elevators are painfully slow. Many times we decided to walk up 4+ decks instead of wait for one.

Extremely rude staff, especially at the bars and Guest Services. It felt like we were bothering the staff.

There is only one buffet, on the back of the ship. It was chaotic at almost any time of the day. A few times, I saw the same foods from lunch put out for dinner

It is a very international audience. Compared to passengers on other lines, the passengers on this cruise were very rude.

The MSC island is beautiful, but on our particular cruise we only got to experience it for 3 hours due to “weather.” However, we left the island in sunny and 80 degree weather. They opened nothing on the island except the bar...of course. Complete disappointment
