We always try the new ships. We stayed at Holiday Inn Port of Miami because it is close to Port and walking distance across the street to the Bayside Marketplace for waterfront shopping and restaurants. Also, we paid a fee xtra dollars for breakfast and transportation to Port. It took longer in the waiting area to board than prior ships. Once on ship, we waited in long lines to complete our entertainment and dining reservations. This is the first time NCL website didn’t allow. Balcony Cabin was the same. No towel animals but fine. The comedians were fantastic! a Chicago Puerto Rican man, Quinn the opener and the New York guy. The bands were great. My fave was the 2nd to the last night, Oceanfest or something like that when all the bands played together. Loved Choir of a man and liked Kinky Boots. Service was very good to excellent. We ate a Savor, Manhattan, Local, Onda, Los Lobos, Cagneys, Bistro and Q. Loved the specialty restaurants! We didn’t like being in Puerto Rico from 5:30 pm-12. Too late to see any tourist attractions. I loved the thermal suite except they seemed to allow loud, noisy people now. Not so peaceful. Crazy long lines to exit ship. In the end, it was still cruising on Norwegian which we are used to. It was probably our 12th NCL cruise. We have been loyal to this cruiseline mostly because of casinos at sea benefits. The Norwegian employees bust their butts. We will continue cruising with Norwegian. New ships not coming until 2022-2026.

Overall pretty good
