Looked aged, despite claims of a recent refurbishment!
The only good thing was shows and performers.
Food average and repetitive. Dining service poor and disorganised.
Quite clearly an understaffed ship.
Ship director not very visible.
Gratuity was calculated and taken automatically from most passengers except we refused to pay and paid to our cabin cleaner directly.
Disembarkation at the ports was a disaster with passengers being held indoors without being able to go anywhere for house wasting precious time visiting the ports!
Only one or two tender boats running to and from one of the ports contributing to the above chaos!
Swimming pools were drained claiming safety reasons!
Tiny stateroom with little storage facilities.
15-18% GST on everything!
Inconsistent information provided about important stuff including times to return to the ship and the type of ID needed to be taken to ports.
A main lift was broken the whole time.
Out phone did not work and was not fixed despite us informing the reception.
Decks were washed in the morning rather than late at nights, making them slippery and dangerous for joggers; I had a fall myself and had to walk in the covered areas afterwards.
The list goes on....
Tiny but was kept clean.
