Sail Date: May 2010

We are in our mid 50s.Check in very quick and efficient and welcomed by a very happy steward on arriving in our balcony state room.Dined on table of 6 with very helpful and attentive waiters.Entertainment varied between comedy, singing and dancing in the evenings, supplemented by interesting talks by ex Red Arrow pilot, during the day.opportunity to sunbathe limited by cool winds, and too many people bagging sunbeds before we arrived on deck. Did 3 trips to Tuscany,Rome and Barcelona, well organised and informative, good value.

Staff generally very helpful, supplemented by a very informative morning by different depts within the ship.As a sports fan it was great to be able to see final games of Premiership live, and hear Tony Gubba from Match of the Day speak. Dined in all restaurants, but had the best meals in the Adriatic Restaurant.

We will not cruise again in May as ship seemed full of pension age people who had booked the cheapest deals and then did nothing but moan( Not P&O fault)although we met a good number of people who were very happy, and along with us were very impressed in the smooth and friendly way the ship was run. Thanks
