Crew from the desk service was rude and unapologetic! They had the Spanish music very lower than the other kind of music. Very disappointed. The room service did not changed the linens how they supposed to every other day. When we went to the desk service to do the complain, they were finding excuses instead of fixing the problem. The Shows on the theatre was mediocre. The comedy show was wonderful. Cayman Islands was great. In general the costumer services were not the best, In times some were arrogant, especially the ones from the desk service. Above our dining table was a part of the ceiling broken. Very disappointed for what we expected and even more disappointed after having a great time at Carnival Breeze. Many times we choose the cruise base on the itineraries, but I will recommend to choose the ship first then you won’t have the bad experience we had.
