To celebrate anniversary and to sail with carnival which, I had not done in a year and a half. The room was nor properly cleaned there was hair in the toilet when we got to the cabin , the lido deck was not as clean as it should be and there were flies. The food was marginal could be better other cruise lined have a better dinner option than carnival's. This was my 10th cruise with carnival and i think the service have dropped over the last few years.

The new cruise director Dion is doing a great job and perhaps the cruise director from the conquest should take a page from his book (came off the conquest on the 7th December). Comedy was ok The ship is very old and it shows as there were many areas around the exterior of the ship you can see rust although the interior is not too bad.
