I would like to take a minute of your time to review our recent cruise on NCL Epic this past December 8 to December 15, 2019. Although we have cruised 4 or 5 times previously on NCL cruise ships, most using the Havin service, and have always truly enjoyed it, I feel this last time was a complete disaster and will reconsider cruising again on NCL.
Please understand that on this past cruise from San Juan, PR, we were booked on the Deluxe Owner’s Suite (cabin 16002) and paid close to $12,000 for the one we cruise for myself and my wife. At that kind of price as would expect an incredible service, as it was always previously been when traveling in a Haven suite. Unfortunately, this one time, I completely regret spending that money. I could have gotten similar mediocre service from any cruise line and cabin.
Let me give you a quick rundown of just SOME of the many problems and disappointing service we received on just day 1 and prior.
Cabin was good and honestly, the best part of the cruise were the butler and concierge. They went above and beyond to try to make good of a terrible situation.
