Wanted to experience NCL’s newest ship. She’s a beauty! Ship’s design prevents crowding in popular spots. The Observation Lounge and the Waterfront are favorite spots for relaxing. Dining options are exceptional - Le Bistro is so good we went a second time. Kinky Boots and Choir of Man provided high-quality entertainment. I’m a fan of NCL’s Free-Style cruising so I always choose an NCL ship but the Encore exceeded my expectations. Was not a fan of the ports-of-call so didn’t leave the ship - stayed aboard and enjoyed the quietness. An extra bonus was that there were very few children aboard.

My cabin steward kept my cabin clean and fresh. As a Latitudes Platinum member I enjoy the complimentary wine and strawberry’s.

Boarding in Miami was very organized and well managed. NCL’s method of categorizing groups for disembarkation is very efficient. Staff is available, friendly and very helpful by answering questions and giving directions.
