This cruise is a mixture of good and bad experiences. Disembarkation at different ports was poorly organised as we did not get of the ship until 2-3 hours after the ship docked and disembarkation started. We found it very hard to make our needs understood by the front desk staff as they did not understand English very well. Buffet food was very average and not varied at all. Our cabin was not as we ordered or told it would be. We ordered a queen size bed, and were assured that was what we would get, but ended up with 2 single beds with a large support pole between them, meaning they could not be pushed together to make one large bed. Very disapointiong. (See cabin report below). On a favorable note, the shows in the Zodiac Theatre in the evenings, were outstanding. (Best we have ever seen on cruise ships). Cabin staff were also very helpful and attentive. The dining room staff were helpful and eager to please.
Cabin was clean with a good size bathroom, located in mid ship.We ordered a queen bed and were advised we had this. When we entered the cabin we saw it had 2 singles beds with a large pole between the beds,so that they couldnt be pushed together. We had to leave the bathroom light on and the door ajar at night so we did not walk into it in the middle of the night. Enclosed is a photo of our cabin
