Sail Date: Oct 2019

Lack of bonhomie among most staff towards passengers, more interested in talking among themselves than interacting with passengers. We got blank stares when asking questions, sometimes a scowl at buffet, missing servers at stations. Felt like we were on training cruise. Entertainment people were lovely. They had many jobs, performed all well, among only ones on board who actually did.

The spa was the best thing on ship. My husband & I enjoyed the ice room & cold water bucket.

Food was average & boring.
