I chose this cruise because of the good reviews. I will never do that again. The ship never sailed. Apparently catastrophic engine failure. Compensation so far seems fair, but need to wait on hotel and flight change compensation for final verdict. Its a very big hassle factor. Holland America took 24 hours to decide to cancel cruise. Wifi and tv were a 1 out of 10. Not good at all, so don't count on it. Even when paying the in room wifi charges, it was still less than awful. The cruise seemed doomed from the start as none of our partys key cards worked when we got on the ship. All three room keys had to be reprogrammed at guest services. Another hassle as guest services was always terribly busy. We were trapped on the ship for over twenty four hours not able to leave or disembark. All the crew and stewards were excellent though.
