Platinum cruiser with RCCL. Wanted to try something new and was confident going "upscale" to Celebrity would be a safe choice. IT WAS NOT! The ship is new and high tech. Embarkation and disembarkation was excellent. That is the best I can say about my cruise. The MDR food was very disappointing. Nothing wowed me at all. The buffet was also bland and boring. It continues with entertainment. Ashlie Amber and the two comics were 10 of 10 as was the acrobats, the three other headliner performances were not good. The layout of the ship was not the best. No promenade like RCCL ships. A big martini bar with sleepy music on the 3rd floor. 4th floor is a small casino and 3-4 shops sprinkled with a few restaurants. The outdoor movie screen is at the Rooftop Garden. Seating is horrendous for viewing a movie. Maybe 20-25 at most. I will not cruise on the Edge again.
