We needed to get away. We have cruised in the Haven before but this was half the price. We knew to expect less, just not this much less.
Disorganized from the time we left the waiting room. no priority boarding like the Getaway, just left you at the security line.Food was so salty on board you couldn't eat most of it. Cagney's wasn't this way. Of course, this was the last night and we had figured out how to avoid the most salty items.
Service and staff on this ship is the worst i have experienced. I loved the Getaway by the way! This ship is a low to mid level Carnival cruise unfortunately.

Service was terrible. We made several requests a month prior to sailing. Only the pillows were provided.
