First off embarkation was the worst I have ever seen. It took over 3 hours to get on the ship. Standing in the hot sun in line with no water or instructions on what to do. The taxi cabs and ubers did not even want to give people a ride to the port because the traffic was so bad. We lost our whole first day and norwegien could have cared less. They did not handle this well and offered no compensation for the missed port (bonaire) they cancelled months ago and never got our port taxes back. Also we had our muster drill at 1030 pm!! After standing on line all day in the sun we were tired and the poor children were too. I feel like there is not enough staff to accommodate the number of people on the ship. The food in the buffet was a joke and half the time they were always in the middle of switching over to the next meal so we were always searching for somewhere to eat. The specialty meals were my favorite but should be offered for lunch as well. When getting back on the ship after a long day and wanting some good food we were left with disgusting buffet burgers/hot dogs or 24/7 pizza which is only 24/7 if ordered through room service for a fee. Of all the ships I've been on this one had the least amount of instruction from the crew and staff. One day we got in port early but no one told us we could get off early. Lack of communication on their part. The cruise directors personality was the least bit up beat. Did not get you in the mood at all. The comedians however were AMAZING! The best part was getting off the ship. We carried our bags off ourselves at 6:30am hoping to avoid the crowds again and get a taxi before they refused to take us.

Cabin Review

Mid-Ship Balcony

This room was not too bad but if. your a big person your going to have trouble with using the odd shower and toilet.
