We decided to go back to see the Panama Canal again. Our cabin was fine and our cabin steward was great. The buffet area was not organized and the servers were not happy people. They were surly and not helpful. The food selection was surprisingly poor. We are Platinum level, so this was not our first Princess experience. The Panama tour was 2 hours late, cramped seating, and disorganized.
When we disembarked, that was disorganized also. We were constantly assured we would get off the ship at the promised time. Then we were held because the terminal was “too busy”.
We have enjoyed the loyalty program, but I’m afraid this will be our last Princess cruise . I think they have lost their edge due to nickel and dime motivation.
