I saw a commercial about this ship and thought it would be great to try something new. Although there were some really good things about the ship and some of the crew, there were many negatives.

One of main complaints was that the staff we not informed properly on many things and could not provide answers to guest. There were also some extremely rude people in the photo section, guest services, and buffet. On the other hand my cabin steward Jane was fantastic! My bed was hard as a rock and she did everything humanly possible to make it more comfortable for me. She was always cheerful and ready to assist.

Cirque performs on the ship and the shows were good - not Las Vegas good - but ship good. So here is the problem. I specifically booked the two different shows on our at sea days. Well they decided to change the schedule around so we had to go stand in line to change our tickets. My sister's husband decided not to go to either show and we were told that we could not cancel because we had pre-purchased our tickets - so no refund.
