Embarkation in Port Canaveral outstanding. The ship is like a beautiful indoor high end mall. This 7 night sailing was during Thanksgiving break with families everywhere celebrating this time of year, the ship may have been at passenger capacity. This was only a problem when/if you needed an elevator, wanted to eat at the buffet Windjammer or during the ridiculous safety drill, where they stuffed you into a tiny space with hundreds of others half of whom were sneezing and coughing, it was the most disgusting 45 minutes of the trip, the actual presentation was also horrible.

The stateroom showed much wear and tear but was really clean with adequate closets and storage for the 3 of us. The doorbell was ridiculous as people rang it at all hours, day and night. Being on deck 11 did not afford us a noise reprieve as the family above us jumped and dragged furniture frequently across the floor space, clearly having fun but it was quite annoying for us. No one ever answered the phone for customer service don't even know why they offer their phone number. Room service delivery good at first then not so much, not bringing everything food just adequate, felt like they really didn't want to be in the room service field.

The Hibachi Restaurant was fair but so small and loud not worth the up charge in our opinion. The Coastal Kitchen was good and the wait staff very friendly. Columbus the musical was enjoyable but Grease was pretty awful. 1887 Ice show was confusing but pretty to watch and the I Skate was okay. The Aqua Theater shows were enjoyable to see just note if watching during the day bring a hat if the sun is out.

Cabin Review

Owner's Suite with Balcony

Door bell so annoying always being rung at all hours. Stateroom host amazing, she was so kind and always a pleasure returning to such a clean space. Shower door would not close all the way, water on the floor so very slippery. Sewer smell pretty strong within bathroom, the room was large with plenty of storage, suitcases fit under the bed but much wasted space and a large pole in the middle of the foyer, would not recommend or book this room again. The kitchen area had a floor so above us they had a floor and the chairs made a horrendous loud screech any time they were moved. Not a good use of space in this room. Balcony was large and wonderful, table for 4 to eat at as well as 2 lounger chairs. Again, Ida stateroom host was just fantastic, a lovely and caring human being.
