We began at the Embassy Suites, it's close to the airport and within walking distance from the port, with dining and shopping within walking distance. Their buffet breakfast was good, ample and well managed. The room was good for the price, if a little dated and worn.

The princess representative who was supposed to meet us in the lobby at a specific time never showed and after an hour we made our own arrangements to get to port through the hotel, which we later got reimbursed for.

The ship is amazing, our suite D121, was exceptional, except for the first anchorage where we discovered we were just above the mooring gear and chain hoist room. It's quite the experience when dropping and recovering the anchor, or mooring, it really jolts the room and is way noisy. We were never sleeping when this happened, but it would have been impossible if we had tried.

Cabin Review

Premium Suite with Balcony

D121, was exceptional, lots of storage and closet space, plenty of room to move and bath options, great balcony. Negatives would be at the first anchorage were we discovered we were just above the mooring gear and chain hoist room. It's quite the experience when dropping and recovering the anchor, or mooring, it really jolts the room and is way noisy. We were never sleeping when this happened, but it would have been impossible if we had tried. If you're up early and out late this won't be an issue.
