This was our first cruise with Celebrity having sailed mostly with HAL, it's interesting to wonder whether this means you become used to how a certain provider does things but our overall experience could have been better.

The ship was lovely, well maintained, comfortable, everything worked, always a bonus. We had a standard balcony room and it was fine, big enough, plenty of storage and we were well served by our steward, friendly guy.

Embarkation was fine, we followed the guidance issued about arrival times for each deck and breezed through. Similarly disembarkation was well organised, we were allowed an earlier time to fit our transfer/tour to Santiago and were off even earlier. Read more
