This was my second RC Cruise and probably my last. Its not because I didn't enjoy the trip. I thought the cruise itself was great, but an issue arose before the cruise and multiple attempts to work with RC even at the Executive Level to rectify the issue went down the drain. At a corporate level RC needs to be more accommodating to their customers especially those with young kids.

As for the cruise itself, it was very enjoyable. The service was impeccable by everyone, especially our room steward. There was plenty to do onboard the ship and never a dull moment.

As for the excursions, I could have done without the San Juan stop. It was less then enjoyable and really the only thing to do was walk around unless you wanted to pay for an overpriced excursion. Which brings me to St. Maarten. For what RC wanted to charge to go to the beach (which included beach chairs). we got the same thing on our own and paid 1/3rd of what RC wanted at the same exact beach with chars and an umbrella.
