Arrival: Flying the day of was a little nerve wracking, do to US Air had to call in another plane, and our flight was re routed through Charlotte, however, we landed in San Juan promptly at 1:30 p.m.!! I was upset that US Air didn't send a notice that our arriving flight plans had changed but the anger turned to a sigh of relief b/c I could have been bumped and missed my cruise, so thank you US Air!

Getting on the boat was typical with long lines, however I must say I was on the ship within 30 mins. Me and my best friend arrived at our room, and our luggage was their awaiting us. We rested for a bit and went to the dining room for our evening dinner, and meet some pretty good people that we ended up hanging out with through the course of our cruise vacation.

Ship/Food: I have been on Carnival cruises before, and I have to admit the food was lacking this go round. Half cooked pork chop on the second evening ran me out of the dining room for the rest of the trip, and became a buffet girl. The buffet food selection was the same as other Carnival cruises, and I would like for them to look into mixing things up a bit. I think I lost weight on this cruise... lololol. I mostly hung out in the Aegean Lounge, which Mr. B took good care of me by keeping me stocked on club soda! Mr. B is the best. Go check him out. The ship could use some serious upgrades. The T.V. in my room was from the 1995 (had to be). Other than that, it was a typical Carnival ship.
