Sincerely reminds me of a Carnival cruise I went on when I was in college 20 years ago. It was a more family oriented cruise in that there were younger people, college students, children, and a mix of old and young throughout. It was obvious that this was a budget friendly type of cruise. This was all well and good if it weren’t for the fact that it seems Norwegian Put their training crew on this cruise. The ship is outdated, cramped, somewhat dirty, and poorly laid-out. This is not a cruise I would recommend for the seasoned traveler or An experiences cruiser, As that person is likely to be very disappointed. As a first-time cruisers or someone who has low expectations of the industry as a whole, the cruise will suffice. The bartenders are very slow, the food was lackluster, the bathroom facilities in my room dirty and outdated, The television without any use for channels, and two of my shore excursions were canceled prior to arrival in Port due to A little roster account. My Cabin stewardess was less than helpful and insisted upon parking for cleaning supplies and carts outside of my room consistently and throughout every day. Just services seemed unaware of the company policies regarding cancellation and modification of existing reservations and we’re also unaware of how to access account details for charges incurred prior to cruise departure. This was a pattern of an experience that I witnessed.
