As a regular carnival cruiser I was so disappointed in this last cruise on the Horizon. Air did not work correctly ANYWHERE on ship, water dripping from ceiling everywhere including while using restroom, playing in casino and sitting in dining room, food selections were slim and sub standard compared to last cruises, public bathroom were poorly marked, door locks didn’t work and common areas were not clean. Trying to find anything was a joke-the new design has everything scattered. The biggest problem was not getting a good night sleep the entire cruise. The lady in next room woke us the entire night coughing and I’m not sure what was above us but it sounded like a gymnasium at all hours of night. Guessing they cheapened the building materials because there was no sound barrier at all. And if you are looking for the entertainment you are accustomed to you won’t get it on this ship-no bands, limited daily activities etc. I have always used Carnival but never again on this ship
