Was leaving from Tampa this was one of the worst cruises we have on. The staff at the desk was rude and did not explain the charges the cruise director was hard to understand and when we could understand her the information was not correct. The food was of poor quality the chicken and fish was always overcooked and dry. We have been on other ships and river cruisers where we enjoyed eating a meal but not on this cruise.The meals we ate of the ship in different ports were much better. The shows we enjoyed the most but could not understand the cruise director. We had chosen this ship because it left fron the port of Tampa.We were also told that the ship had been remodled a year ago.The inside cbins were ok but looking out the window you could see the rust around the window.The water in the shower ran hot and cold.
