I've been on 5 cruises and this last one did me in. Over the years Ive watched Carnival get cheaper and cheaper. They've cut out all free drinks except for lemonade and unsweetened tea. No more juice. At the Captains dinner you use to get lobster tails, not anymore. The food is always over the top and not very good. The ship was previously the Carnival Triumph, but it was plagued with break downs. They revamped the Triumph and named it the Carnival Sunshine. They removed portions on the ship and fitted it to hold an additional 500 passengers. Well if the ship wasn't crowded enough before it sure is now. Lines and waiting for every single thing made the cruise miserable. The Munster station drill use to be the worst part, but now just trying to get off the ship and go home is a huge hassle. We literally waited close to an hr to get through the customs line. The three places we went were less than desirable. In Freeport they dock in an industrial craphole and you disembark at a port where there is nothing to do. $60 for a cab ride to a nearly deserted shopping plaza. Sadly this was the worst cruise I've been on. I'm done with this cheap cruise line.

The cabins were nice. The lady that was assigned to our cabin was lovely and very sweet. I would give her 5stars.
