Anytime Dinning in the Concerto is on the downgrade. Also in the Horizon Court. What is going on? Four meals at Concerto and all were unimpressive or poor in Concerto. Crown Grill and Crab Shack were excellent. There were 800 kids on board and the staff allowed them into the hot tubs which is a health problem. Ship in good shape. Have been on the ship many times. Mini suite was just fine and service there as well. Room service very good. Stage productions were ok but Silk was a bust and I do not think anyone understood what was going on about a big white bird flocking around in Asia. Deck parties and Atrium parties seemed like a bust. Not like they used to be like. Why no balloon drop? We are Elite with 60 cruises and should know something is wrong. In my opinion Madallion apps did not work most of the time on my android phone...so I think it stinks. Internet worked great. Boarding and leaving excellent organization. Hotel and food managers had better get on the stick or this will turn into a Carnival like cruise.
