I choose this cruise because of the port stops.

Because of mechancial issues with the ship we were not able to accomplich all the ports on the tour and other ports where we did stop the shore excursions were curtailed. These mechanical issues with this cruise ship were known well in advance of our embarkation (the last two cruises were negatively impacted) and was not revealed to us until the time of boarding.

I consider this behavior a major misrepresentation of the services. NCL knew well in advance about the modified sailing and did not advise their guests. NCL apparently offered us a $200.00 future sailing credit for our inconvenience. This is a totally insincere inadequate offer for our loss, NCL should be ashamed! Shame!
