This was my 5th cruise but first time with Norwegian. It was not very enjoyable. The ship was absolutely packed and there was not enough staff to accommodate. Sometimes we had to wait 30 minutes for a drink. The shows that were ‘complimentary’ were all sold out. That’s another thing, on other cruise line’s once you’re on the ship, you’re entitled to all the entertainment and most of the bars and restaurants, save a couple. On this ship, everything was an upgrade so you always felt like you were missing out, even though we already paid a lot of money to be there.

In addition, there was no room on the sun decks during the days at sea, we could hardly find two loungers together. The two water slides that looked fun for adults were also not working. The bar tenders at the pool bars were so overworked, they were rude and not friendly. The coffee was terrible unless you waited in a 20 minute line for Starbucks, which we had to pay for even though we upgraded and bought a drink package. We won’t be back!

Cabin Review

Inside Stateroom

Cabin was fine. Our cabin Stewart was pleasant

Port Reviews

Harvest Caye

Everything on Harvest Caye( Norwegian’s private island) is extra money. So even though we have already paid for food and beverage, we had to pay again. Not great.

Costa Maya

Love this port! We rented a golf cart and explored. We had a fabulous time!
