Guest Services was completely useless on the ship. One person tells you one thing, another tells you something different. They say they will refund charges and then don't. They make reservations for you and then loose them. Many of them don't speak English well or don't listen to the problem - they just tell you whatever they want to tell you. I was supposed to have an onboard credit and guest services told me to take it up with Priceline since it was booked thru them; problem is that my cruise was book by NCL's Casino House Account. They are clueless and you will spend hours in line trying to resolve issues and then they don't do what they promise.

Internet package - don't buy it. Internet doesn't work half the time.

Dining - If you want to share your specialty dining plan with members of your family, just do it at the restaurant. Guest Services will insist you can't do this but the restaurants will do it for you. Also, always check your food. We were served RAW pork meatballs at the buffet and undercooked Turkey for Thanksgiving dinner.

Cabin Review

Balcony Stateroom

Was Good. Was big enough for me and my husband. Bathroom was more spacious than other ships. Needs updating soon but was clean.

Port Reviews

Harvest Caye

Way to crowded. Also, this island is owned by NCL and you must pay extra for food and drinks - which is unreal.

Costa Maya

Very crowded - lots of ships at port. Not much to do but walk around overpriced and crowded shops. Pool area was so crowded, people could hardly move. Would definitely NOT get in that water.
