Started in Prague, not on the river, and Budapest. The history, the people, the land, the architecture (Cathedrals, Churches, towns/villages, castles, bridges, etc.) were marvelous! Meals on the boat were spectacular both in variety and presentation beginning with the local cuisine. With the many shore excursions you had the opportunity to try the best of food the various ports had to offer. Can not say enough about the history seen first hand from the Czech Republic all the way to Amsterdam. Can not complement the staff enough, kudos to all. The Concierge, the waiters/wait staff, the cabin staff, etc. were all polite and very professional. The Cruise Director, Anthony, was courteous, dynamic, and extremely knowledgeable of all the locations where we went. All the shore excursions were well planned and the guides were very enthusiastic and thorough with personalities that made these trips very enjoyable. I do not have the words to express how happy we were with Viking! From the time you got off the airplane where you were met to the time you had to leave, Viking personnel were there to help. Viking is a first class operation and we look forward to our next adventure with them!!

Cabin Review

Veranda Stateroom

The size of the Veranda Stateroom was more than adequate, well organized, and equipped. I especially enjoyed the heated floors in the bathroom. The balcony was very nice!
