Our original intention was to take a river cruise but rooms sold out for the dates we could schedule, so we opted for the ocean cruise. The ports were good as well as the length of the cruise (12 days). Smaller ship but very quaint and easy to get around. Restaurants were perfect for food selections and never waited for tables. Entertainment we witnessed was unexpected. It was grand and beyond our expectations. More to do then we could squeeze in. Staff was personable and extremely polite. Excellent pool and steam area. Fitness machines were so updates I could not figure some of them out. A few time when I went to the gym there were no lockers. Small area for amount of people on board. Appreciated the elegance of the ship without the youth running around you. We added 1 day in Venice and 2 days in Barcelona on our own. The cruise add on's were priced way out of line! We booked luxury hotels for less that half. Only drawback is you handle your our luggage. Boarding and debarkation was as smooth as we ever experienced. We wanted to see it all so port excursions became tiring. So many to choose from. New and very clean buses. Good excursion hosts. Drop off/pick up point in France was seedy and dirty with no shopping. Monaco was beautiful and clean. Needed more time there to enjoy the museum, casinos and shops. Overall our trip was beautiful and memorable! Thank you!
We opted for a larger cabin seeing that would be our home for 12 days. Very spacious and comfortable. Bathroom and shower were large. We were just steps away from the stairwell and elevators. We really enjoyed our cabin. Laundry just down the hall (free to use) but a little hard to understand how to use.
