We chose this cruise because it fit to our availability and because we liked the extraordinary itinerary with lots of highlights.
We knew this ship from a previous cruise. The ship is huge but not as huge as other ships. Entertainment is perfect and above the average. Free dining options are very good, especially in the a-la-carte Grand Pacific restaurant. Special dietary needs are perfectly handled.
The variety of food is amazing; in 21 days we hardly had to choose the same dish twice. However it must be said that the way how dishes are prepared is very much American style with lots of cream everywhere. Taste is lacking. Pizza and pasta quality does not match ordinary European standards.
Nothing to object. It met our expectations. Very well serviced also
You have to walk to the pireus metro station from where you can easily reach Athens
I was not sure whether to disembark because of the political situation. But there were no controls. The highlight Ephesus we knew from a previous trip.
The old town us just around the corner
You have a direct bus to Nicosia from the pier.
We did everything on our own. Very good train connection to Jerusalem. Lots of buses ti Nazareth and lake Galilee.
Never done before the Suez channel. A highlight
We went on our own to downtown
