We are experienced cruisers but this was our first & last Norwegian experience. Day 2 “no more coffee packets for your room only decaf we are out”. Neighbours got refills tho? Smoking “box”. Plexiglass box located between adult & kid pool. Wind blowing all the smoke into the kid pool area not to mention the smokers on display like a side show in the circus. Unable to book specialty dining ahead of getting on the ship, then some restaurants completely booked for the duration of the cruise by 3 PM day 1. Grumpy staff with some exceptions. Horrible spa experience. Left me waiting 1/2 hour past my appointment time with no explanation. 2 hour wait for entrance to some entertainment (dueling pianos) mediocre food.

Excursion was also disappointing. Passion island hosts were friendly and initial drinks were extremely watered done but this was rectified when we asked for more liquor. 45 minute boat ride there & back and maybe 20 loungers for crowds of 100 or so. There are some loungers that a in the sand but watching seniors and people with mobility issues trying to get in and out was sad. Avoid this cruise.
