I would definitely NOT recommend this cruise line. Very poor customer service. When we needed something in our cabin we could not ever find our steward. When I would call the front desk, I either go no answer or it would ring about 30 times before someone would pick up. The food was very disappointing. Everything seem to close down early. I had my kids on the cruise and my son was looking forward to playing in the Sportsplex. Nice facility, but there was never any equipment to play basketball or soccer. And if there was, the there were already a group of ship employees playing so he never got a chance to play. While dining in the buffet area the customer service was terrible. We would have to ring the bell several times before anyone would come to ask us for a drink. The biggest issue with our cruise was that we had booked with plans to go to the Bahamas and once the ship had left Miami, an announcement had come over that our itinerary had changed and we would now be going to Cozumel with no explanation. We had plans to meet friends in the Bahamas, which we were NOT HAPPY about. I don't know why we were not notified before the ship had left the dock, so that we would make other arrangements. I would have gotten off and cancelled our trip. We would have expected to be compensated a little more that $100 (total) for the inconvenience.

Cabin Review

Interior Studio Stateroom

Cabin was fine, but we never had enough towels or toilet paper. And could never find our cabin steward to help us.
