Myself my wife and our friends were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary’s and sailed on Azura 1st of November we were all thoroughly enjoying our cruise fantastic food great entertainment great excursions sadly on an excursion in St Lucia my wife fell and suffered a dislocated and broken ankle we were taken back to Azura and received medical attention from the onboard doctor.

Due to the severity of the injury we had to attend the local hospital were my wife underwent surgery the service from P@O appointed port agent Bryan was first class helping with liaising with the hospital staff arranging taxis and hotel accommodation whilst we waited for flights home he attended the hospital sometimes twice daily and was also in contact by phone could not have got by without him we also were called at least once a day by uk based customer service staff who also provided first class service which is invaluable when you suffer an injury in a foreign country fantastic service from all st p@o.

Although the injury ruined our holiday it has not put us off cruising with P@O as the support we received was invaluable and we would like to thank all involved.
