We have been cruisers for over 30 years & I chose this one for the ABC islands & the incredible bargain we got. Also, experience has shown that we can't go wrong w/ Celebrity. We sailed the EDGE in Feb. & found it very cold & lacking so returned to Solstice class. Silhouette is thoughtfully laid out, has a great library, professional service & a great solarium. We sailed Aqua class so ate in BLU - not to be beat. In addition, we dined in Tuscan Grille & that was also quite good. Passengers tend to be Baby Boomers & we found everyone to be quite friendly. Our cabin steward couldn't do enough for us & altho' he was forgetful at times, a gentle reminder was all he needed. The only disgusting thing was the afternoon canapes served in the cabin. The food was warm, greasy and just gross! We told our cabin steward not to bother w/ that for us. The acrobats, singers, comedian & little plays that the troupe presented were all very good & much better than the EDGE. We're still scratching our heads over what they called entertainment on that ship! We'll remain loyal Celebrity cruisers because we're happy w/ the overall experience and we feel it is a very good value for the money.

Cabin Review

AquaClass
Cabin A1
Plenty of storage all around. Mattress & pillows were very comfortable & if you didn't like your pillow, you could order another one from room service. Balcony provided plenty of room & we loved going out there for a drink in the afternoon. TV did not offer much in the way of variety but it was just okay. On Demand movies were $15.
