Our cruise started off OK. Then we were told our reservations differed from what we expected. Guest services could not help us. From there it was down hill with several other differences that could not be agreed upon. I had my sons family with us in room 8128 so with different reservations and packages caused us to reschedule many events. Than when we disembarked I was separated from my family to be escorted to customs without explanation. Turned out the overall value of purchases exceeded 10K so it was to collect excise taxes a whopping $300 bucks which could have been explained to us upon purchasing a rollex watch and diamond ring and paid at time of purchase. Than we have the arcade package which covers only 12 of the 90 or so machines on the ship. What a farce when we departed we had over 400 dollars in charges for games not included in the package. If you have children my suggestion is disable the card and dump the package. I could go on and on for pages and plan to write a detailed letter to NCL CEO.
