Cruised Norwegian 10 times. . Last trip totally downhill Dining room. Food cold , no answers could not get a maitre d for 2 days. Took 20 minutes just for milk. I must say that the specialty restaurants were very good. Prompt and on time with excellent service and great food Steward. Had a newbie. Terrible Bars. What good is a beverage pkg when you have to wait 20 minutes for a drink at all bars. Martini bar had new people who had to look at recipes therefore we waited forever for a drink . Mist of the time was only one bartender . Pool bar also excessive wait. , there were also no waiters to serve . On the last day before end of cruise , there were at least 10 waiters to take orders. . I suppose Norwegian applied the last impression rule to make you forget about the other 6 days Latitudes Rewards. Totally messed up snd took days to correct. And it took the housekeeping dept to correct. When speaking to the Latitudes representatives , all I received was a blank stare and a promuse to do something for me . THEY DID NOT What can i say. After 10 times. This was an off cruise

Cruised Norwegian 10 times. . Last trip totally downhill
