36 friends and family went for a relatives 80th birthday. The food in the dinning room as well as in the buffet were nothing compared with any ship i have been on. Very bad. Service overall terrible everywhere. the customer service desk always had at least over 30 people in line waiting to be helped with not enough people there to take care of you. Very short of personal everywhere on ship. When u asked someone a question they didn't understand what u were talking about. They cancelled getting off at private island at the last minute. that's why we selected this 3 night cruise. They need more help taking care of customers all around ship. very disappointed. heard a lot of other people saying the same.
if one person in cabin upgrades there beverage package everyone in that cabins is upgraded. i do not drink at all. i had to pay the upgraded drinking package. my husband and family paid for the expensive package and they didn't have the wine or liquor available they ran out. they would tell them go to another location to see. They ran out also in the dinning room.
