Cruising on Carnival use to have a touch of elegance...it does no more with the Horizon.
Small walkways, small outdoor steps -enough for 1 way travel. Some board of suits somewhere decided it's all about the P/L. So sad to see Carnival going this direction.
Outdoor pool area is small, the "grand" entrance area is small to capitalize on rooms above. The buffer areas have limited options and even the bacon is administered by staff who offer 2 pieces. Lol
