Terrible breakfast experience, really bad coffee. Activities a joke. Trivia twice in morning overlapped so could only play in one. Food cold, very poor service except at dinner. Two arrogant cocky young men did Trivia. Spoke with heavy accent, could not understand them, answers wrong, some stupid questions. Overall bad experience. Times kept changing, locations changed. No entertainment one night. Cut most breakfast options on now shortened menu. Buffet in dining room cold, not fresh. No toast. Waited a long time for cold food. Could not swallow coffee. We called it the WAL-MART CRUISE. Cheap, second rate and obviously training all new people. I spoke with managers who appeared to be concerned and stepped in but the disorganized, poorly trained staff was just too much. Guest services have three answers about Diamond benefits that were totally incorrect. Waited two hrs for wheelchair assistance in Tampa. Crew drills so all crew could not man the wheelchairs. How stupid is that?

Interior

Very small but adequate. No refrigerators but got a medicine refrigerator. Clean and nice.
