We were met at the airport by a Scenic representative that got us shuttled to the spaceship and from that point on, we were very well looked after by all of the Scenic staff. All of the staff were wonderful. Our cabin and its amenities was great. We loved how the balcony became part of the room by folding back the glass partitions and lowering the top glass on the balcony rail. It was a wonderful addition to the room on the sunny days were were travelling in November! Alex, our Cruise Director was the best. He was attentive to all of the passengers, he was innovative with his talks, he was very organized, he was able to deal with all of the different passengers with ease and he made our trip fun! All of our excursions were amazing! It was great that we could choose how we wanted to travel ie. coach with guide, walking with guide or without or biking. A mix for all! The enriched excursions for everyone were a "once in a lifetime" experience like the Viennese Orchestral concert and the Salsburg dinner and musical. Wonderful!!!! The itinerary was very good. We loved travelling and seeing 5 different countries. We have often heard how wonderful river cruises are and now that we have experienced one, we would absolutely encourage anyone to go on it and we are very happy that we chose Scenic!
The cabin and its amenities were very good. We had everything we needed for our 15 day cruise.
