Went on this cruise with a large group of family with multiple state rooms. Most of us had a similarly negative experience with customer service. Staff was consistently rude in every restaurant, hallway, pool, bar, activity area. Many staff members did not speak fluent English which made me feel unsafe. Staff appeared poorly trained and unable to handle the capacity of people on the ship. Managers of staff members were rarely visible. Major activities cancelled more than twice during our 4 day trip. Room service called but never showed up. Any reason to speak with guest services results in an hour wait in line. Staff members did not answer phone calls listed for food, activities, or information. Staff members working in one service are not informed about of basic information about other services. There are too many other cruise lines for you to subject yourself to this level of bad service!

Kids club: my children went to the Kids Club and enjoyed the experience. Staff was child friendly and had plenty for the children to do. Communication of the club schedule was poor therefore on two occasions, I showed up during times when I could not drop off my children.
Restaurant staff: were the friendliest of all and wanted to provide good service, which I greatly appreciated. However there were times when language barriers created frustration.
