We will NEVER cruise again with NCL! From embark to disembark it was one bad experience after another. I am surprised NCL has any repeat customers, maybe we just had an unfortunate group of employees that had no knowledge of customer service or how to operate a cruise line, but I find that very hard to believe. We will definitely cruise again, but will discourage anyone who wants to use NCL to not. Some of the issues we encountered were:
Airport shuttle
Shuttle drop off at Port
We didn't have towels one day and had to try and reach someone for over 30 minutes before we could reach someone since you can't leave a message for anyone.
Room not being restocked
TV selection was horrible, watched the same program over three days at various times each day.
The fact that we had to pay for everything on NCL's private island was just one more way that NCL tries to nickle and dime their customers. We were so over the whole NCL process that we went on the island for a couple of hours and then went back to the ship to eat and drink.
Excursion was nice but Jamaica was very dirty and trash everywhere.
